Cancellation Policy
At BLK SHP Customs, we understand that life happens, and schedules may change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged 20% of the service fee or be required to pay a deposit for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a late fee of $50. Emergency Cancellations We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. How to Cancel or Reschedule Cancellations and rescheduling requests can be made via phone. By booking an appointment with BLK SHP Customs, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
